What’s your best advice to an applicant?
Be absolutely honest and straight forward in your interview. Recruiting is a two way process. The applicant is interviewing us as much as we are them and I always advise the candidate be get all of their questions answered and consider carefully any career decision. A decision to make a career move is one the most important decisions anyone will ever make.
What have been your most satisfying or memorable moments as a recruiter?
Many of the people I have recruited to C&S have flourished here and grown in their careers, some to Directors and VP’s. It’s a positive feeling to see talented people do well here.
