In my first year as a BA, I rotated through parts of the supply chain operation. My first big “break” came when I was offered the position of Manager of Ad Management, a new team working with customers on promotional forecasting. Over time, we built out an overall Demand Planning department, which involved leading a large team through organizational design, systems implementation, and process improvement. Later, I had the opportunity to lead the supply chain portion of our Direct-to-Store project, presenting me with new challenges related to horizontal leadership. In my most recent role, I’ve had the tremendous opportunity to build a cross-functional supply chain practice, with responsibility for optimizing the supply chain from the manufacturer through transportation all the way to pick slots at the warehouses. My time at C&S has been nothing short of extraordinary. It is unlike any career I could have otherwise had. The BA program is a great way to begin this kind of exciting career. "
