My first rotation at C&S is in the Facility Planning and Automation Department, where I perform analytics on warehouse staffing, equipment need, and utilization of space for products, to name a few. I have worked with a number of Warehouse GM’s, VP’s and EVP’s and learned a lot! After just three months in this department I was given a high-level of responsibility and have been working closely with directors and senior directors on projects and cannot wait to see what the future holds. I have monthly meetings with my mentors to touch base on my progress, which helps me make sure I am fulfilling the goals I set for myself. There is no cap on your growth potential and the company works with you to find which department is the best fit for you. Along with the great job position the company also offers Business Analysts corporate housing which is a huge advantage. Overall, the BA Program is a strong and respected program and I am very happy I made the decision to work at C&S! "
