" C&S gave me the rare opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects that taught me different aspects of distribution. I learned what it is like to be a part of the working team and what can be expected from each individual. It also gave me exposure to a much different working environment than what I have seen in a classroom setting. My experience at C&S enhanced my ability to present my work confidently to a wide range of employees from directors and general managers to union workers. I even got a chance to visit five different C&S facilities all around the United States and work on various engineering projects. I was able to create new tools that had a great impact on the loading process, making it more efficient. In the end, the knowledge and experiences I shared with my colleagues ensured I had the skills to not only successfully finish a project, but also compete for different job opportunities following the completion of my time here.
