Testimonials

" My dual major in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology has prepared me well for a co-op in Transportation. On the Transportation team, I'm responsible for all LTL shipments out of our state-of-the-art York, Pennsylvania warehouse. This requires optimizing shipments, sourcing carriers, and tendering shipments to carriers while improving and refining the process along the way. I have also been engaged in multiple projects that are deeply rooted in the overall success and profitability of the company. As a Co-op, I have been treated with the expectations and respect of a full-time hire. This is a fast-paced, learn as you go, experience from Day One and you do work that directly impacts the company, carriers, vendors and consignees. I even had the opportunity to travel down to York and visit the automated warehouse, meet with clients and see first-hand the operations that my daily work generates. " - Jack Jesset , Transportation Operations Co-op, ES3, LLC (Syracuse '13)
" Over the course of my six month term as co-op in Transportation & Supply Chain Analytics, I was tasked with a wide variety of projects having real, discernible and meaningful effects on ES3 and its customers. I was constantly challenged and pushed to excel, yet given the resources and assistance required to do my job successfully. The open-air atmosphere of the office made for an entertaining, interactive and team-oriented environment, and boring days were few and far between. In all, working at ES3 was a thoroughly satisfying experience and I wouldn't change a thing. I’d recommend it to any co-op student looking for a challenge and an exceptionally enjoyable experience. After I graduate in the spring, I will be joining ES3 full-time as a Transportation & Supply Chain Analyst. My time as a co-op was the perfect opportunity for me to segue from college to a professional career. " - Evan Pritchard , Transportation Analyst, ES3 (Completed Supply Chain & Transportation Analytics Co-op, ES3) (Northeastern University ’12)
