As the Manager for Retail Store Development you will work with independent store owners and managers to develop retail capabilities of the store. A key function is assisting both new and existing stores in upgrading units to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace. A successful candidate must be customer focused and able to balance several projects in motion at the same time. The Field Manager, Inbound Quality Logistics will supervise facility operations to achieve goals of improved delivery of vendor product. This Position drives compliance to Inbound Safety & Quality requirements. This is accomplished through DC training of receivers, clerks and supervisors. Additionally there is interaction with DC management teams to follow up on identified abnormalities in reporting or audit projects. From this data we are able to develop and drive process changes in both the vendor community and at C&S that promote associated inbound efficiencies.
