As the Manager for Retail Store Development you will work with independent store owners and managers to develop retail capabilities of the store. A key function is assisting both new and existing stores in upgrading units to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace. You will utilize your industry experience for guidance on design, equipment sales, project management, energy conservation, and understanding code requirements for the independent supermarket groups. A successful candidate must be customer focused and able to balance several projects in motion at the same time.
